Re: In My Opinion
Very much a matter of opinion.
CJ is no doubt Clintwood's most valuable player, but he is one player on one team in the LPD and Region D. I don't think he is in anyway more valuable to Clintwood than Miles is to Norton.

Which is what makes CJ the MOST VALUABLE player.

Re: In My Opinion
I understand the agree to disagree, but I really can't understand that argument when you talk about how tough Norton's entire defense is. Let's not take anything away from Miles, he's good, very good, but I thought all we've heard all year is how good their entire D is, nobody was scoring on them, etc.

Its simple math, you take away CJ from our team, we probably win 2 maybe even 3 less games. You take away Miles, Burton is still the district champs.

Re: In My Opinion
Norton has a very good defense, but what I've seen in Norton that makes them so very good is not just a solid defense but very skilled players in nearly every position.
I think Miles is the best/most valuable defensive player in the LPD and Region D because he is simply the best at his position.
As far as how difficult it is to score on Norton's defense, it seems like you're talking more about the whole defensive roster than just Miles. Norton [/b]does [/b] have a great defense. I think the most any team scored on Norton this year was 15. How does that compare to Phillips and Clintwood?
